Team Training
We help teams and team leaders navigating increasingly complex challenges that emerge as they take on more significant leadership roles. Choose from in-person classroom environments or remote sessions. Customized group programs include:
- Monthly team call with the same participants each month
- A six-week program of 6-8 participants around a common theme
- A twelve-week program which meets every other week with assigned work in between
- A blended program of two group calls per month and one individual coaching call between sessions.

Executive Coaching
Individual coaching that's solution-focused, systematic, leader-centered, and action-oriented. One-to-one executive coaching includes:
Pre-Coaching
A questionnaire, interview, and Psychometric assessments.
Feedback and Development of Action Plan
Reviewing all relevant data with the client and then working with them and their leader to create a developmental action plan, which leverages strengths and addresses the executive's developmental opportunities.
Closure and Evaluation
In this stage, the executive, the coach, and HR meet with the leader to evaluate developmental accomplishments against agreed-upon objectives. Although the coaching sessions' content should be kept confidential, the developmental action plan and key progress should be discussed.
