Meet Greg Nichvalodoff: Executive Coach & Leadership Expert

That’s where Inscape Leadership Development comes in. We work alongside your team to help everyone move toward shared goals and values.

Why is employee engagement no longer solely an HR responsibility?

Employee engagement is no longer solely an HR responsibility because its impact extends directly to business results, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational success. When employees provide feedback, they expect action, and if engagement programs don't yield improved business outcomes, leadership loses faith. Managers require preparation and equipment to support their direct reports effectively. We help organizations understand what truly motivates their people to build proactive engagement strategies that meet their needs from managers, work environments, and leadership teams, driving the change your business needs to move forward.

Where did the name Inscape come from?

The name Inscape originates from the concept of focusing on a business's internal workings and mental models, contrasting with the external 'landscape' of economic conditions, competition, and market share. While external factors are crucial, the 'inscape' – the internal element – is often overlooked. Inscape Leadership helps organizations analyze their internal operations to resolve management and leadership issues, ensuring a holistic approach to corporate success and sustainability.
